- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would avoid this bank. The last three times I’ve visited I’ve had problems. 1) Staff unable to help with something easy and I had to go to the Wells Fargo in Woodbury to fix it 2) ATM was frozen, kept my card for 10 minutes, then was out of order 3) Rude staff, asking personal information that wasn’t required for the transaction. I’ve been a WF account holder since 1986 and this is the first branch that has made me want to transfer my multiple accounts to another bank.By Jennifer Zawislak, July 08, 2017
